Heisler, Allie (28 Dec 1905 - 5 Feb 1979)
Allie Heisler, 73, Route 2, Spencer, died at 8:50 a.m. Mon. at Marshfield Convalescent Center as a result of a heart condition.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wed. at Christ Lutheran Church, Marshfield. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Marshfield.
Heisler was born Dec. 28, 1905 in Pittsville. He moved at an early age to Milladore with his parents. On Jan. 23, 1934 he married Isabelle Becker. She died Feb. 20, 1973. After his marriage he farmed in the Chili area for many years until moving to a farm at Route 3, Marshfield. He retired in 1972 and moved to Spencer in 1975.
Survivors include two sons, La Verne, Carrollton, Texas; Eugene, Marshfield; five daughters, Delores Mundt, Mosinee; Sylvia Hougum, Stratford; Shirley King, Pittsville; Virgene Krueger, Patricia Huetter, both of Marshfield; two brothers, Leonard, Abbotsford; Melvin, California; one sister, Hazel Thompson, Milwaukee; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one daughter and two sisters.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today and until 9:30 a.m. Wed. at Hansen Funeral Home, Marshfield, and after 10 a.m. Wed. at the church.
