Albert, William J. (10 Feb. 1935 - 20 Feb. 2009)

William "Bill" J. Albert, 74, of Friendship died Fri., Feb. 20, 2009, at the Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sun. Feb. 22, 2009, at the Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship. Andrew Petersen will officiate.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sun. at Roseberry's Funeral Home.

Bill was born Feb. 10, 1935, in Chicago to William J. and Frances M. (Kubu) Albert. He married Joan Marie Johnson on Sept. 29, 1956, in Cicero, Ill.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Albert, of Friendship; three daughters, Debra Schroer of Reading, Pa., Susan (Andrew) Petersen of Winona, Minn., and Barbra Harter of Crystal Lake, Ill.; one sister, Yvonne Batjes of Oak Park, Ill.; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Roseberry's Funeral Home is assisting the family.
