Bakerville Locals (28 Nov 1902) Bakerville. Will Harry of Colby, was in town Monday.
Bakerville.
Perry Morrison lost a valuable horse last Monday night from colic.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ebbe went to Waupaca and Almond last Saturday to visit relatives and friends.
Math Jonas, member of the town board, went to Calumet county last Saturday on business connected with the town.
A Thanksgiving picnic dinner was served at the school in district No. 2 last Wednesday, and was well attended.
Harry Ford and Chas. Cain of Sheboygan, relatives of Mrs. E. E. Royce, are visiting at her home and enjoying the hunting in this locality.
Hans Bille, Sr., of Marshfield, has been doing carpenter work for Thos. Thompson, Chris Paulson and P. N. Christensen the last couple of weeks.
The chairmen from the towns of Rock, Richfield and Lincoln arrived home from Grand Rapids Saturday.
The equalization of the county assessments took up a great deal of time before they could be made agreeable to a majority of the county board members. The session lasted nine days.
