[Too late (or last week.]

Richfield was well represented at Marshfield Monday.

Messrs Gadson, Porter, Burhopp and others will deliver cows to Arpin Tuesday.

Thos. Harshner has been quite busy repairing the long school house with paint.

The Richfield people seem to think they have water enough last for the next six months.

Mr. and Mrs. Merle who went to Edgar to visit the latter's parents were delayed from returning until Sunday on account of the heavy rains. They report a heavier rainfall there than here.

It is reported that one of our bachelors is getting tired of bachelorhood and will take to himself a wife this week.

Miss Ruby Gegay of Grand Rapids has been visiting at Wm. Gessert and while here signed the contract to teach in District No, 6 the coming year.

The town are preparing to commence work on the new cement bridge that is to be built in place of the old at Robinson's. They will arrange for a crossing so only loads will have lo go around by the M. E. church.

The M. E. Ladies haw completed their arrangements for serving meals at the fair. They will be on hand to serve supper Monday night. Anyone wishing a good square meal with a good cup of Richlieu Coffee will do well to call at their tent on the fair grounds during the fair.
