Steiner, Kevin (Star Agribusinessman - 1975)
Kevin Steiner, a member of the Granton Future Farmers, was selected as the
central Wisconsin Star Agribusinessman and was honored at the annual FFA
convention in Green Lake last week.
He was one of five finalists in the state chosen from 402 applications.
Kevin was presented a check and trophy for his accomplishments.
Kevin’s major program has been in the field of agricultural sales and
services. He has established his own business in the lawnmowing and
Christmas tree sales field and raises hogs for livestock shows. His speaking
ability has given him high honors in the state in demonstration work, public
speaking and creed contests. This year he spoke at banquets throughout the
state and in Minnesota.
This fall, Kevin will attend the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and
major in agricultural Education. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis
Steiner, Granton.
