Kalepp, Fred (5 November 1915-13 December 1983)
Fred Kalepp, 68, Reedsburg, formerly of Dorchester, died December 13 at the
Reedsburg Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 5, 1915 in Dorchester. He farmed in the Dorchester area
for several years and later did whitewashing of barns throughout the area.
Survivors include his wife, Marion of Reedsburg; four sons, Thomas of
Mauston, Ronald of Reedsburg, David of Pardeeville and Gary of Cambria; two
daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Rose Ellen) Paul of Cambria, and Mrs. Dennis
(Susan) Karstoltor of LaValle; 22 grandchildren; one brother, Otto of
Abbotsford; and three sisters, Frieda Zuehlein of Park Ridge, Illinois,
Elsie Zoelick of Elgin, Illinois and Rose Kalepp.
Services were at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Reedsburg. The Rev. Dennis
Hipenbecker officiated and burial was in the church cemetery.
