Saturday evening a meeting of the Clark County Cheese Makers, Butter Makers,
and Dairy Men Advancement Association was held at Lincoln Hall and was
attended by factory men, dairymen, and farmers from various parts of the
county.
An excellent program was given, the speakers being Hon. E. W. Crosby, H.
Voight of Spokeville, and V. C. Burrows and V. D. Lee of this city. The
three latter gentlemen gave very interesting talks on the subjects
pertaining to the cheese and butter factories, and each of them was followed
by lively discussions. The meeting was very instructive one for everybody
for many excellent point were brought out in the talks and discussions.
The association is accomplishing a great good for the dairy interests of the
county, and at the meeting Saturday night eleven new members were taken in.
Another meeting will be held at Loyal the second Saturday in October.
