Lehnen, Barbara Ann (Marriage – 3 July 1975)
Miss Barbara Ann Lehnen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward NJ. Lehnen, Owen,
and Gary Allen Isaacs, son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Isaacs, Withee, were
united in marriage Thursday, July 3. The 8 p.m. ceremony was performed by
the Rev. George Becker at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Owen, with nuptial
music provided by Tammy Wagner, organist, and Stella Heidt, guitarist and
soloist.
The bride was attired in a denim blue floor length gown with white lace bell
sleeves and bodice inset. Her fingertip veil was “borrowed” from her mother.
She carried a bouquet of garden and wildflowers.
Her sister and maid of honor, Andrea Lehnen, wore a similarly styled dress
in floral print and also carried a bouquet of garden and wildflowers.
David Isaacs attended his brother as bestman. Ushers were Karl Petz and
Douglas Hollinsed.
The church ceremony was followed by a reception at the home of the bride’s
parents.
The bride attended school at Cobbleskill, N. Y., and the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. The groom was a press operator at Isaacs Printing,
Withee, until it destruction by fire, June 22.
