Treffert, Diane R. (17 OCT 1934 – 24 FEB 2001)
OWEN – Diane Ruth Treffert, 66, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), died February 24,
2001, at her home.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter Lutheran Church at
Dorchester. Burial will be in Athens Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.
Maurina Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
She was born October 17, 1934 in the town of Hamburg, Marathon County to
Edward and Martha (nee Bednarz) Diestch. She farmed in the town of Hoard,
Clark County.
Surviving are her husband, Roger Treffert of Owen; two sons, Raymond (Cindy)
Treffert of Stanley, and Ralph (Felicia) Treffert of Curtiss, and eight
grandchildren.
