DORHESTER – Carl Steffen, 74, died April 1, 1999, a the Continental Manor
Nursing Home in Abbotsford.
Services will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Maurina Funeral Home in
Abbotsford.
Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. until service time Monday at the funeral
home.
He was born April 2, 1924, in Coral township near Marengo, Ill. He farmed in
Marengo until l979, when he bought a farm in the town of Mayville (Clark
Co., Wis.).
He is survived by his wife, Helen (nee Vollmer) Steffen of Dorchester; and
one brother, John Sr. (Marie) Steffen of ; Marengo, Ill..
