Bachina, Sharon (7 SEP 1974)
St. John's Student Parish of East Lansing, Michigan was the setting Saturday
afternoon, September 7, 1974 for the wedding Mass of Sharon Bachina and Dale
Wahlers of East Lansing. Father Frances Zipple officiated at the repetition
of vows between the daughter of Chester and Wanda Bachina of Niles,
Michigan, and the son of Arnold and Deloris Wahlers of Marion, Wisconsin.
A reception and dinner were held at the church hall.
Sharon has graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. degree in
social work. Dale, a graduate of Wisconsin State University, is working
towards a Master's Degree in music education at Michigan State University.
Attending the nieces wedding were Mrs. Art Gelhaus of Medford and Mr. and
Mrs. Bruno Parnewicz of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.).
Among some of the other things enjoyed on the trip were touring Michigan
State University campus, Midland Northwoods campus, Frank & Stein Pickle
Barrel, Fort Michilimaekina Historic Park, and Sea Shell City.
