Following his retirement, Jerome and Kenlynn purchased property in Mansfield, LA, to escape the harsh Wisconsin winter and spend time with extended family members.

He was a member and past president of God’s Country Chapter of Muskies, Inc.
Jerome was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying the camaraderie of deer hunting, dove hunting in Texas, fishing, duck hunting or simply shooting the breeze with friends and strangers alike. Along with hunting, he enjoyed cooking for everybody and camping with family and friends. He was involved with the Jackson County Beef Feed for several years. He also enjoyed spending time with and was especially proud of his grandchildren.

“What’s the good word with you?” and “Keep smilin’,” were trademark phrases of Jerome’s. His clichés and presence will be sadly missed by all.
