Sidie, Alisha Marie (22 April 1981 – 15 November 2008) With Flag
Alisha Rowlee Sidie, 27, of Hatfield and formerly of Black River Falls died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008.
Alisha Marie Rowlee was born April 22, 1981, in Black River Falls to Toney and Susan (Elmore) Rowlee. She was raised in the Black River Falls area and graduated from Black River Falls High School. She later served in the U. S. Air Force.
She was currently employed as chiropractic assistant at the Black River Chiropractic Clinic and part-time as a bartender at Sunset Tavern, both of Black River Falls. She also had been employed at the Palm’s Supper Club of Hatfield and at Pete’s Keg and kettle of Black River Falls. She currently was also a full-time student at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
Alisha enjoyed spending time with her twin sons and her family, boating, fishing, tubing, soap operas, shopping and attending social events. She was very outgoing.
Survivors include her twin sons, Bryce and Zackary Sidie; her parents, Toney Rowlee and Susan (fiancé Gunder Gilbertson) Rowlee of Black River Falls; two sisters, Tracy Rowlee and Melissa (Mike) Sandoval, both of Black River Falls; her grandmother, Judith Elmore of Black River Falls; a friend, Natalie Downs; and many aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Robert Elmore, and her paternal grandparents, Viola and Frank A. Rowlee.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, at the Buswell Funeral Home, Black River Falls. The Rev. Terry Marg will officiate.
Immediately following the memorial service, family and friends are invited to the Miles-Hagen American Post 200 for lunch and supportive fellowship.
Family and friends may call from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Buswell Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be given to the Bryce and Zackary Sidie account at the Co-op Credit Union, 100 E. Main St. Black River Falls, WI 54615
