Bush, Orson and Alma (52nd Anniv. - 1935)

Mr. and Mrs. Bush Celebrate 52nd Anniversary – Mr. and Mrs. O. H. Bush, of Hixton, were married at Costaca, (Castalia) Iowa, 52 years ago, and were the guests of honor at a celebration of that anniversary at their home recently. Mr. and Mrs. Bush are highly respected in their community and have many friends who wish them many happy returns of the day.

Mr. Bush is 72 years of age and Mrs. Bush is 71. They were married by Lennon B. Hick, a United Brethren minister in 1883.

All of their relatives were present at the party in their honor with the exception of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Seiffort, of Alma Center, were all in with scarlet fever, and Miss Vera Becker, of Minneapolis, and John Mouw, of Neillsville.

Among those who were present were Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bush and family, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Bush and family, Mrs. John Mouw, Mr. and Mrs. August Janke and family, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Smith and Family of Neillsville. Falls.
