Neuenfeldt, Jayne, Ann (19 SEP 1975)

Jayne Ann Neuenfeldt and Robert John Seaquist repeated vows on Saturday at St. John's The Workman Cathedral at La Crosse, with Msgr. John Paul performing the 3:00 Mass. Music was provided by the Cathedral Singers, and the organist was Rose Yahnke of Onalaska. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Neuenfeldt of 210 Eaton Avenue, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. C.L. Seaquist of 1432 Taft Avenue, Eau Claire.

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a wedding gown of ivory angel mist peau de seau styled with a mid-Victorian neckline, renaissance sleeves and a softly gathered skirt, which fell to a chapel train. A Camelot headpiece holding a fingertip mantilla was trimmed with English Nottingham lace, which matched the lace on the bodice, cuffs and hemline of her dress.

She carried a bridal cascade of daisies, blue carnations, and baby's breath, which completed her ensemble.

Mrs. Hugh Christie of Greenwood was chosen as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Gerald Zavada of Spring Green, Miss Mary McDonald of La Crosse, and Miss Paula Instenes of La Crosse. They wore gowns of romance blue with full length capes flowing from the shoulders and highlighted with hoods. They carried nosegay bouquets of blue carnations, white daisies, and baby's breath. Amy and Jennifer Neuenfeldt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Neuenfeldt of Milwaukee, were flower girls in the wedding procession, and wore matching princess style dresses of pale blue dotted Swiss. They carried miniature matching moasegay bouquets.

John Colbert of Madison was best man, and serving as groomsmen were John Rohr Jr., of La Crosse, Lee Foley Jr., Lansing, Michigan, and Dennis Neuenfeldt of Milwaukee. Ushering were Kenneth Speake and Paul Lawrey, both of La Crosse.

A reception, dinner and dance were held at Ramada Inn, La Crosse. An 8:30 rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Walt's Restaurant, La Crosse, on September, 19.

The bride is a 1972 graduate of UW-La Crosse, and has been employed as a social worker at La Crosse County Social Services. The groom received his education at UW, La Crosse in 1971, and his degree is Mass Communications.

After a trip to San Francisco, a tour of the coastal states, the new Mr. and Mrs. Seaquist will be residing at 3715 Sandhurst, Lansing, Michigan, where the groom is employed as a newsman for WJIM TV station.
