Tietze, Matthew W (19 February 1909 – 9 August 2009)

Mathew W. Tietze, 100, died Sunday, Aug. 9, 2009.  He was born Feb. 19, 1909 in Cudahy.

Matt worked at P & H for many years.  He was a longtime member of Forest Park Presbyterian Church and an avid gardener.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy, and is survived by step-children, Penny Dresden and Robert Dresden; nieces, Sharon Kerr and Nancy Jurcek; and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2009, from 6 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. at Forest Park Presbyterian Church, 2300 S. Sunny Slope Rd., New Berlin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Matt’s church would be appreciated.

Church and Chapel Funeral Service of Brookfield assisted the family with arrangements.
