Mrs. Lucille Lyon, who has operated a grocery and hardware store at Riplinger
(Clark Co., Wis.) for the past 28 years was honored by her friends and relatives
at a party last Saturday night. The gala event was held at the Unity Municipal
Hall.
Mrs. Loyon, who will celebrate her 75th birthday on October 27, 1975, was
present with four bouquets of red roses, a corsage, cards, and gifts from her
many acquaintances.
In addition to the many friends attending the thank you party, Mrs. Lyon's three
sons were also present. They are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Lyon of Sparta, Mr. and
Mrs. Gerald Lyon and family of Marshfield, and Mr. and Mrs. William Lyon of
Riplinger. Also present was a grandson, Mr. and Mrs. Tim Lyon of Onalaska.
Music, lunch and refreshments added to the festive party.
