Garthwaite, Joanne (11 OCT 1975)
Miss Joanne Garthwaite of Janesville, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hollis C.
Garthwaite, Janesville, and Mr. Frank Henry Kostlevy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry
Kostlevy, route 1, Loyal (Clark Co., Wis.), were married October 11, 1975 at
7:00 p.m. at the Wesleyan Methodist Church in Janesville. The rev. Frank
Mutchler officiated.
The bride was attired in a white empire floor length dress with light blue
ribbon, white lace, and matching headpiece. She carried a white prayer Bible
with red roses and white carnations on the top.
The maid of honor was Miss Laura Wiskia of Janesville, and the bridesmaid was
Judy Garthwaite of Janesville. The best man was Bruce Ortwig of Greenwood, and
the groomsman was William Kostlevy of Loyal. Ushers were Alan and Ronald
Garthwaite, both of Janesville.
A reception was held in the church basement.
The new Mrs. Kostlevy graduated from Craig Sr. High School, Janesville, in 1975.
The bridegroom graduated from Loyal High School in 1972 and from Blackhawk
Technical Institute at Janesville in 1975.
