Webber, Linda Mae (1 April 952 – 18 March 2010)

 

Linda M. Webber, 57, of Black River Falls died Thursday, March 18, 2010, in Black River Memorial Hospital, Black River Falls, under the care of Black River Memorial Hospice.

 

Linda Mae Webber was born April 1, 1952, in Hayward to William and Bertha (Potack) Webber.  She moved to Black River Falls in 1968 and graduated from Black River Falls High School.  Linda was married to Leland Whitegull for 25 years, and they were later divorced.

 

She had been employed as a teacher’s aide at Third Street Elementary School of Black River Falls for several years.  More recently, she was employed as a Bingo sales supervisor at the Majestic Pines Bingo and Casino of Black River Falls.

 

Linda enjoyed spending time with family and friends and traveling.  She also was an Elvis Presley fan.

 

Survivors include a daughter, Tammy (nee Whitegull) Terry of Black River Falls; two sons, Greg Whitegull and Damion Whitegull, both of Black River Falls; eight grandchildren, Ethan, Bryce, Gregory, Hailey, Damion Jr., EveVangela, Devyn and Tallulah; a sister, Wilma Webber of Tomah; two brothers, William (Pat) Webber of Princeton, MN, and Henry (Val) Webber of Syracuse, NY; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Bertha Webber.

 

Family members and friends were invited for a time of sharing and a tribute to Linda’s life from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2010, at the Buswell Funeral Home, Black River Falls. There will be no further services or memorialization.

 

The Buswell Funeral Home, Black River Falls, assisted the family with the arrangements.
