Word has been received here of the death of Bert Shead of
Portland, Ore., a former Abbotsford resident.
Mr. Shead was in the mercantile business in Abbotsford in
the building now occupied by Abbotsford LP Gas Service and Oehler Heating and
Sheet Metal.
He was married to the former Clara Stoughton, a niece of
Frank Kadonsky of Abbotsford.
