Mrs. Albert Komis, 83; of Abbotsford died at the Bethel Convalescent Home at Arpin Monday, March 9 at 3:45 p.m.  She was a resident there the past two and one-half years.

The body will lie in state at the Polnaszek Funeral Home at Abbotsford until the time of the funeral services which will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday with Robert Ruprich in charge.  Burial will be made in the Loyal cemetery.

Mrs. Komis, the former Ella Scheel, was born June 17, 1880 at Mayville.  She received her education at Loyal and her marriage to Albert Komis took place at Loyal June 26, 1901.  They lived in the Loyal area until their retirement and came to Abbotsford.

Surviving her is her husband, a resident of the Bethel Convalescent Home, Arpin, one son, Alfred of Abbotsford, and one daughter, Mrs. John (Mae) Wisneski of Owen.  There are seven grand children and 23 great grand children.

Two brothers, Ralph Scheel of loyal and Robert Scheel of Greenwood, also survive.

Preceding her in death were two children and four brothers and three sisters.
