Funeral services for Mrs. Frank Schimek, 80, of Fort Atkinson, formerly of Abbotsford, were held on March 6, at 3 p.m.

The former Sadie Brown was born March 3I, 1883 at Abbotsford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Murray Brown.  Her marriage to Frank Schimek of Abbotsford took place at Minneapolis August 20, 1905.  Forty-three years ago they moved from Abbotsford to Ft. Atkinson.

She was a member of the First Methodist church.

 Surviving her are her husband and three daughters, Mrs. Walter Hess, Mrs. Earl Hartel and Mrs. Joseph Yanz, all of Fort Atkinson; seven grand children; nine great grand children, and one half-brother, Clarence Staunard of Jefferson.

 Carl Speck of Abbotsford is a brother-in-law to Mrs. Schimek.

 One daughter and three brothers preceded her in death.
