Fine weather, but a little more snow please, as the word
is expressed very often.
C.E. Reed has put in a new milk vat in his factory and it
is a dandy, you may be sure.
Melchior Hoesley and family spent the past week at
Medford. While there attended the
wedding of a relative. They returned
home Thursday.
Al Schuler and family spent Sunday afternoon at Geo.
Reindel’s.
Harlen Potter and best girl took in the dance at Christie
Friday eve.
Arthur Heyder of Neillsville visited with Geo. Reindel
and family a few days last week.
Ed Ackerman drove to Neillsville Sunday with his daughter
Jennie who was home from school a few days.
D.H. Rhines and family, Geo. Reindel and Wayne Potter
spent Sunday evening with C.E. Reed and family
Frank Plummer visited at the parental home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Potter visited at the W.J. Thayer home
at Granton Sunday.
There was quite a crowd at Hoesley’s party Monday night.
All report a fine time.
W.K. Graves is not getting along as well as he might with
his last attack of the grippe and pneumonia.
But hoping he will soon recover from the affect and be around again with
good health.
Leah Reindel is working at Albert Schuler’s.
Will Reindel, Frank and Will Plummer took in the dance at
Christie on Friday evening.
M.C. Redmond is under the weather at present.
C.H. Basalfanz has been hauling wood for our cheese
factory the past week.
Wayne Potter has learned to play another card game called
skat and you can not insult him by calling him up over the phone to arrange for
a game. Try it and see.
Geo Reindel is hauling timber to the Granton saw mill for
Geo. intends adding an extension to his barn the coming summer.
