Harvey Sischo Passes Away
Harvey Edward Sischo, 30, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Sischo of Greenwood, passed
away at St. Joseph Hospital, Marshfield, Friday evening, June 20 after an
illness of nearly two years due to a severed spine suffered in an automobile
accident.
He leaves a wife and four children, two of whom are being cared for by his
brother in law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Engel of this village.
He is also survived by two brothers, Merrill Sischo of Wausau and Leo Sischo of
Neillsville; and five sisters, Mrs. Charles Hare Greenwood; Mrs. Ray Richardson,
Warwick, N. D.; Mrs. M. M. Thomas and Ruth Sischo, Greenwood and Mrs. Marvin
Engel, Spencer.
One brother, Sidney, preceded him in death.
The body lay in state at the Stabnow Funeral Home, Greenwood and funeral
services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Greenwood Methodist Church with
the Rev. Lee Homes officiating. Burial was in the Greenwood cemetery.
His sister, Mrs. Ray Richardson, of Warwick, N. D., arrived in Spencer Tuesday
morning to attend the funeral.
