Hewettville (3 JUN 1915)

Mesdames A. Metcalf and R. Cook and Ruth Pollnow visited Mrs. Shoultz a week ago last Sunday.

Will Dux made a business trip to Neillsville a week ago Monday.

Mrs. Schoengarth and Mrs. Forbush visited at the home of John Galbreath at Shortville a few days last week.

Ed. Pollnow visited Mrs. W. Dux last Monday afternoon.

Will Dux is breaking land for Mr. Marvin.

Walter Forbush visited his brother at Alma Center a few days last week. Also other relatives.

Mr. Schnable and wife and baby visited at the home of Will Ritchie Friday evening.

Dr. Carskadden and wife visited Will Dux Sunday.

Herb Carskadden caught a bass at Wedges Creek Sunday that weighed four pounds.

Will Dux took a load of cheese to Neillsville Monday.

The south side of Hewettville boys beat the north side playing baseball a week ago Sunday. The former played with the Sydney boys Sunday and the game resulted in a tie.

Mrs. Ritchie and children visited her mother Sunday.

Mrs. Forbush and Rovilla Haskin and sister visited Mrs. Schoengarth Sunday.

Ole Fields is working for Dave Wood.

Will Ritchie drove to Columbia Monday evening.

A stray head of stock has been taken up Call at Will Ritchie’s or drop him a card on route 6.
