Curtiss, July 17 – Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at 2 o’clock
at the local Lutheran church for Mrs. Amelia Aldinger, 34, who died Tuesday
morning at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schoeneman, following
an illness of several months, due to heart trouble. The Rev. M. C. Goetsch of
the Green Grove congregation was to officiate.
Mrs. Aldinger, who spent practically her whole life in this community, was a
member of a pioneer family, and was married about 12 years ago to Henry
Aldinger, local garage man, who was killed last summer in an airplane accident.
Besides her parents, she is survived by two children, Marie, 10, and Reuben, 7,
and two sisters, Mrs. Lena Kesten, Kenosha, and Mrs. E. A. (Ida) Edwards,
Curtiss.
