Freeman-Dishinger
On Saturday, August 9 at 2:00 o’clock at Dubuque, Iowa, occurred the marriage of
Russell Freeman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Freeman, Spencer, to Miss Grace Ann
Dishinger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Dishinger, 907 Peach Street,
Marshfield.
The couple’s only attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Roberts of Tomah.
Mr. and Mrs. Freeman will take a wedding trip from September 1 to the 15th when
they will visit in Wisconsin, Illinois and in Canada after which they will be at
home on the farm operated by Mr. Freeman for the past 18 months just west of the
village.
Prior to her marriage Mrs. Freeman was employed as a telephone operator at
Stevens Point.
For her wedding the bride wore a grey suit with black accessories.
A wedding dance will be given by the young couple in the near future.
The Record joins their many local friends in extending congratulations and best
wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
