Brooks, Della D. (11 July 1880 - 14 July 1968)

Funeral services were held July 17 from the Georgas Funeral Home for Mrs. Della D. Brooks, 88, who died July 14 in Neillsville. The Rev. W. C. Koehler of the United Church of Christ officiated. Burial was made in the Neillsville Cemetery.

Pallbearers were; Alfred Kleckner, W. H. Allen, Robert Schiller, Charles Neff, Jess Scott and Ernest Snyder.

“Take My Hand Precious Lord” and “Near To the Heart of God” were sung by Mrs. W. C. Koehler accompanied by Mrs. Jess W. Scott.

People from away here for the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. J. Welton Brooks, Virginia and James, of Milwaukee; and Mrs. Robert McIntyre of West Chester, Pa.
