DeMert, Karen (Marriage - 17 August 1968)
Miss Karen DeMert of Milwaukee, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar DeMert,
Neillsville, exchanged nuptial vows with Tom Thompson of Milwaukee, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Leroy Thompson of Hatfield, in an 8 p.m. ceremony performed Saturday in
St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville by the Rev. Norman W.
Lindloff.
For her wedding, the bride chose a floor-length dress of pink lace with a
shoulder-length veil. She carried a bouquet of red roses.
Attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Spencer of Milwaukee.
Mr. and Mrs. Thompson are residing in Milwaukee, where both are employed.
