Confirmed Sunday, April 26: Tana House, Pamela Krueger, Rhonda Mattson, Steve Laabs, Donna Olson, Rita Weideman, Jack Strassburger.  They wore white dacron gowns, with red carnations.  They were publicly examined before the congregation on the previous Sunday, April 19, and will receive their First Holy Communion this Sunday, May 3.

Attending the annual district convention of the Northern Wisconsin District of the American Lutheran Church this week, Monday through Friday, at Zion Lutheran church, Appleton, are Pastor Tellock and laymen delegates Fred Laabs and Arthur Laabs.

Sunday, May 3: Sunday school at 9:15 a.m., worship with Holy Communion at 10:30, and at 7:30 p.m. a youth banquet for the Luther Leaguers, newly confirmed, and the parents of these young people.

Tuesday, May 5: Meeting of the church council at 8 p.m.
