Miss Libbie Hlanek spent Sunday at Chetek.
O.R. Briggs of Mauston spent the Fourth here.
Hans Brandt is here from Wausau for his vacation.
Floyd Monk was home from Appleton for the Fourth.
A.F. Behrendt and wife of Oshkosh spent the Fourth here.
Ben Bright was here from Black River Falls for the Fourth.
A daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. John Olson on June 28th.
Ed. Billings of Lewiston, Mont., spent a couple days here last week.
Wm. Wallace of Alma Center spent Sunday here with his brother, Avery.
Dan Dwyer of Meadow, S.D., is here visiting his cousin, J.D. Dwyer.
Milton Alexander of Omaha spent a couple of days here this week with his
parents.
Mrs. F.P. Jorgenson has joined her husband here and they will take up
housekeeping.
W.J. Winters and family of Tripoli have been here for the past week visiting
relatives.
Chas. Sherman of Wausau spent the Fourth here.
Jos. Travenek and wife and son of Chicago are guests at the home of Chas.
Shramek.
Al Rather went to Alma Center to join his wife for a few days visit before
returning home.
Co. A will go to camp next Saturday and on Friday night they will give their
annual farewell dance at the Armory.
Miss Zura Fricke went to Waupaca Tuesday where she will join a crowd of ten
university girl friends who will spend a week camping at the lake.
Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Behrendt and daughter, Leona, returned to their home in
Oshkosh after spending the Fourth with relatives and friends in this city.
