Delo, Marjorie M. (12 APR 1919 - 8 MAR 2013)

Marjorie M. Delo, 93, of Loyal, died at the House of the Dove, in Marshfield, on Friday, March 8, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at the Loyal United Methodist Church. Rev. Gordon J. Delo will officiate and burial will follow in the Beaver Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her sons. Visitation will be held at the church, on Wednesday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.

Marjorie Mildred Stowe was born on April 12, 1919, in the town of Unity, Clark County, WI, the daughter of John and Marion (Geisler) Stowe. She was raised on the family farm and received her education at Oak Grove School. Marjorie was united in marriage to Jerome Delo on November 18, 1939, in Unity. They farmed together and raised their family in the town of Beaver. Jerome died on May 21, 1988. Marjorie continued to live on the farm until moving in to Loyal in 1995. She was a member of the Loyal United Methodist Church and the Clark County Homemakers.

She had many interests, but especially loved spending time and traveling with her family, crocheting, fishing, baking, collecting Teddy Bears and playing cards.

She will be dearly missed by her children, Rev. Gordon (Margaret) of Coral Springs, FL; Nichola Brhley of Waterford; Leslie (Janice) of Milton; Sharon (Terry) Olson of Colby; Rodney (Nancy) of Loyal; Sandra (John) Bowe of Loyal; Barbara (Dennis) Adler of Marshfield; Kevin (Kathleen) of LaVernia, TX; James (Pamela) of Greenwood; Lawrence (Colleen) of De Pere; her grandchildren, Jill Harris, Jay Delo (Paula), Jana Mentor (Philippe), Eileen Brhley (Mike), Jeff Brhley, Mike Brhley, Kim Robida (Kurt), Jeremy Hackel, Sommer Weiland (Kerry), Selena Olson, Angie Trotter (Brian), Joel Delo, Amber Delo (Stephane), Ashley Clintsman (David), Michelle Bohman (Paul), Kelly Dietsche (James), Jeana Bennett (Jacob), Jamieson Adler (Keesha), Autumn Young (Drew), Marque Dobson, Melanie Francis, Bobbi Jo Delo, Rachael Delo, Austin Delo, Adam Delo, Isabel Delo; her great-grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor, Isabella, John, Olivia, Will, Annabelle, Charlotte, Lindsey, Cameron, Miranda, Nathan, Tyler, Trever, Noah, Nathaniel, Kaydin, Ezra Sanchez (Shari), Aaron, Kiersten, Gorja, Addisyn, Sawyer, Wesley, Rigyn, Quentin, Alyssa, Reese, Jakob, Madysen, Mya, Cody, Alexis, Wyatt, Jorden, Rydge, Xane, Ciena, Taelyn, Gage, Oliver, Malory, Kadin, Thais, Jeanelle, Jax; two sisters, Dorothy Bushman of Greenwood; and Carol Bitter (Melvin) of Johnson Creek; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerome; her self-adopted son, John Bloomfield; one son-in-law, Robert Brhley; four grandchildren, Cathryn Brhley, Corrine Rausch, Jonathan Adler, Jordan Adler; and two great-grandchildren, Cassandra Rausch and Robert Rausch.

In lieu of flowers, her family asks that memorials be given to the House of the Dove, in Marshfield. Marjorie's family would like to express their appreciation to the staff at the House of the Dove for their loving care and kindness during her stay there.
