Wozniak, Donna Mary (DEC 1955 – 26 JUL 1958)
Wagon Mishap Kills Edson 3-Year-Old
Donna Mary Wozniak, three-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wozniak, Town
of Edson, Chippewa county, was instantly killed Saturday afternoon while riding
on a load of gravel at her home.
The youngster is reported to have been sitting on the load which was being
hauled by her father on a tractor, when she suddenly fell and was run over.
The youngster was rushed to Victory Hospital at Stanley, but was pronounced dead
on arrival.
Donna Mary is survived by her parents; one sister, Joyce, age 4; two brothers,
Bruce age 2 and Brian, three weeks; her paternal grandparents, Mrs. Anton
Wozniak and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Henke, all of Thorp.
The Mass of the Angels will be sung Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St.
Mary's Catholic Church in Stanley, with Father Georges Mathieu officiating.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, until the time of the
funeral.
