Kaszubowski, Delores (5 JUN 1965)

The Rev. Herbert Zoromski of Altoona officiated at the morning wedding of Miss Delores Kaszubowski and George Kliminski, Saturday, June 5, 1965, at St. Hedwig's Chapel, Thorp.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Kaszubowski, Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. and Mrs. Chester Kliminski of Lakewood, Calif.

For her wedding, the bride chose a floor length bridal gown of sheer organza over taffeta, styled with long traditional tapered sleeves and a scoop neckline. The slim line of the skirt featured an "Empire" bodice highlighted by an overlay of Chantilly lace. A removable overskirt cascaded into a regal chapel train. An open pillbox of lace, designed by the bride, held her bouffant veil. She carried a cascade of white glamilias accented with yellow roses.

Miss Judy Stewart, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. She wore a floor length dress of lace and chiffon in maize. Short sleeves and scoop necklines complemented the "Empire" bodice, and the semi-sheath chiffon skirt. The circle headpiece and veil were matching. Sandra Kaszubowski, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid, and Diane Wald, cousin of the groom, was flower girl. Bothe re attired identically to the maid of honor. They carried colonial bouquets of daisies and carnations.

Charles McQuillan was best man and Phillip Pabich, groomsman, both friends of the groom. Larry Kaszubowski and James Jakowicz Jr. ushered.

The bride's mother wore a willow green lace dress with beige accessories. The groom's mother was attired in Lt. blue with matching accessories. Each had a corsage of yellow roses.

A reception was held at the American Legion Hall at Thorp.

The newlyweds took a wedding trip to Canada. They will reside at 1023 Cameron, La Crosse.
