The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Benzschawel, Thorp, and the

The bride was given in marriage by her father and she chose a floor length

Lorraine Pozarski, friend of the couple, and Julie Burkhardt, cousin of the

length sleeves. A pleated cummerbund complemented the controlled skirts
highlighted at teh back by a simulate Watteau. A petal clochein harmonizing
color held their bouffant veils. They each carried a cascade of white carnations
accented with ferns.
Robert Luke, brother-in-law of the bride, was best man, and groomsmen were Jack
Pozarski, friend of the couple, and Jerry Baker, cousin of the groom. Ushers
were Allen Benzschawel and Charles Smith.
A dinner and reception for 160 guests were held at Koolmo's, Gilman, Wis.
The bride is a graduate of Thorp High School and is a nurse's aide at Luther
Hospital, Eau Claire. The groom is a graduate of Cornell High School and is
employed at Falls Dairy.
