Ella Helm (2 Jul 1871 – Dec 1969)

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Maurina funeral home, Dorchester, for Mrs. Ella Helm, 98, a former Dorchester resident who died Sunday at the Havenet nursing home at Owen. Rev. Joseph Jeide officiated and burial took place in Dorchester Memorial cemetery.

The former Ella Heartfield was born July 2, 1871, at Weyauwega. She was married there August 10, 1899, to Richard Helm, who preceded her in death March 21, 1947.

After their marriage the couple moved to Dorchester and she lived there until 1954, when she moved to the Havenet nursing home.

Survivors include three nieces and two nephews, all of Minneapolis.
