Roal, Harriet G. (Taylor) (14 MAY 1918 - 28 FEB 2013)
Harriet G. Roal, 94, Medford, died on Thursday, Feb. 28 at Memorial Nursing and
Rehab Center in Medford. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 9 at
11 a.m. at Medford United Methodist Church, with Rev. Kyochul Shin officiating.
Her cremated remains will be interred at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Urn
bearers are Jeff Loniello and Scott Beerbohm.
Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of
service.
Hemer Funeral Homes of Medford and Rib Lake assisted the family with
arrangements.

Gilman public schools and was a 1936 graduate of Gilman High School

June 8, 1937 at Gilman, WI to Herbert “Herbie” W. Roal and he preceded her in
death June 21, 1993
PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE:
Prior to her marriage, she worked in Milwaukee & Chicago. After their marriage,
they owned and operated Herb’s Taxi Service in Medford for over 40 years. She
also tended bar and waitressed at area supper clubs for about 15 years. She
enjoyed her grandchildren, watching sporting events and Sunday drives.
