DR. HENRY DAY, Was horn in Eagle, Wyoming Co., N.Y., Sept, 1, 1840. He was educated in Buffalo Medical College, graduating in 1860. He commenced practice in Arcade, remaining there until he came to Wisconsin. He was in the State during 1876, in practice with his brother, and came to Eau Claire in May, 1881. He was married in Buffalo, in 1860, to Julia L. Currier, a native of New York. They have one son, Willie W. Dr. Day was assistant surgeon of the 78th N. Y. V. I., and acting surgeon of that regiment for six months during the war.
