THOMAS F. FRAWLEY, Eau Claire, was born in the city of Troy. N. Y., March 6, 1851. His parents moved to Janesville in 1852. They resided there until 1856, when they came to Dane County. He graduated at the Wisconsin University in 1875, in which year he came to Eau Claire and taught in the high school until 1880, having taught in various parts of the State before coming here. He was married in Eau Claire, Aug. 5, 1877, to Lydia A. Lawler, who was born in Fond du Lac. Mr. Frawley studied law with Lafayette Smith, in Madison. He is Clerk of the School Board, Alderman of the Eighth Ward, and member of the County Board.
