CHARLES H. INGRAM, of Empire Lumber Co., Eau Claire, was born in this place Sept. 12, 1859, and was educated at the high school and at the State University at Madison; is a stockholder of the Empire Lumber Co., and has been engaged as book-keeper in the company's store since April, l88l.
