MRS. CELIA WARD, millinery and dress goods, Augusta, was born in Whitewater, only daughter of Albert Woodbury, mechanic. Went to Plover, Portage Co., at the age of seven years, and was married there, Dec. 25, 1865, to Edwin Ward. He died in October, 1877, at Stevens Point. She came to Augusta in 1879, in July, and in January, 1880, commenced present business. There are four persons employed in the establishment. She has two children, Edwin Charles and Fred E.
