Mark A. Sanza, 38, of 735 Eddy St., died Nov. 24, 2000, at Marshfield Hospital.

Mark was the son of Lazaro and Frances (Lancaster) Sanza, born on Jan. 2, 1962 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Married Lisa Mickelson Dec. 1, 1997 in Eau Claire, Wis.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa Sanza of Eau Claire; one son, Mark Allen Jr., -- Tommy and Kali, stepchildren of Eau Claire. One daughter Cristina VanHorn Sanza, Cristina's half sisters, Kari Johns of Boyd, Wisc., and Carla Panzke of Chicago, Ill.; his father, Lazaro Sanza of Chicago, Ill., one brother, Robert, Chicago, Ill., his mother-in-law, Ida Mickelson of Eau Claire. Also Charles and Eleanor (the people who raised him) and their family. Three grandchildren. Three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law. He loved to fish. His nickname was Midget.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday November 28, 2000 at 11 a.m. at Smith Funeral Chapel, with burial at Waneka Cemetery with Pastor Dwayne Hinson officiating.

Visitation will be Monday 4 to 7 p.m. and one hour prior to service. Smith Funeral Chapel is assisting the family.
