RUSH BULLIS (Rep.) is a farmer who has made a study of road construction. He was born in Milton Junction, June 10, 1363, received his education in the common schools of Rock county, and has been a farmer all his life. He has been chairman of the town of Washington, Eau Claire county since 1913 and an active member of the Eau Claire county, state road and bridge committee since 1915. He was elected to the assembly in 1913 by 1.261 votes, receiving 2,163 votes to 907 for Scott Ormsby (Ind.).
