Julius G. Ingram (Rep.), of Eau Claire, was born in Saratoga county, New York, May 31, 1832; received a common school education; is a Lumberman by occupation; came to Wisconsin in 1864, and settles at Eau Claire; was a member of the assembly in 1879, receiving 1,672 votes against 1,156 for Peter Truax (Dem. And Greenbacker).
