Delightful Occasion.
The picnic in the town of Brunswick yesterday which was made the occasion of a
grand family reunion of the Converse and the Churchill families was a remarkable
one in many respects. Sixty-four members of these families assembled at the
hospitable home of Washington Churchill, in the town named, to celebrate the
arrival in the city of relatives who for many years had been lost to the view of
the members of the families residing here. The following list of those present
at the picnic is complete:

Mrs. Helen Converse, Miss Lillian Converse, Mr. Ralph Converse, Mr. Royal

The jollification was in all respects a complete success. An elegant repast was
served, and various sports occupied the merry party until evening. The Eau
Claire Cornet band was in attendance and furnished music throughout the day.
Thos. Ness is credited with performing the duties of drum major.
