Feirer, Ellen Kay (28 May 1983)

Miss Ellen Kay Feirer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Feirer, 911 S. Peach Ave., was given in marriage by her parents May 28 to Peter Conrad Christophersen, Greenwood, son of Gordon Christophersen, Route 1, Greenwood and Mrs. Marjorie Herdrich, Greenwood.

The Very Rev. Michael G. Mertens of Greenwood officiated at the ceremony in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood, with Mrs. Sue Volovsek of Schofield providing music.

The bride had a white Victorian gown and a Juliet cap with shoulder-length veil. In her silk bouquet were red roses and baby's breath with fernery.

Miss Marianne Perko of Marshfield was maid of honor with Miss Nancy Andres of Route 5, Marshfield, and Miss Julie Feirer, Marshfield, bridesmaids and Becky Korger, Appleton, Junior bridesmaid. The adult aides had dusty rose formals with lace jackets and each had a silk arrangement of peach roses.

James R. Hederer of Marshfield was ring bearer; Randy Hinker, Greenwood, best man; Brian Gilboy and Brian Olstinski, also of Greenwood, were groomsmen; and ushering were William Feirer, Marshfield, and Gordon Christophersen Jr., Spencer.

The reception, dinner and dance were at the Spencer Municipal Hall. The Couple is living at 209 S. Main St., Greenwood, and plans a trip at a later date.

The graduate, a 1982 graduate of Marshfield Senior High School, is a student at the Art Instruction School of Minnesota. Her husband, a 1982 Greenwood High School graduate, is an employee at Wuethrich Grassland Creamery.
