The Very Rev. Raymond J. Pedretti officiated June 4 marriage of Miss Lori Jean
Pflanzer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Pflanzer, Route 1, Abbotsford, and
Michael Thomas Lange, Colby, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Allen, Janesville.
The bride was given in marriage by her father during nuptials for which Linda
Schiferl was organist; Kathy Slipek, guitarist; and Kathy Slipek and Linda
Schindler were vocalists.
The bride had a white organza and Chantilly lace Queen Anne gown and a
three-quarter length veil. In her cascade bouquet were stephanotis, roses, blue
azaleas and Baby's breath.
Her attendants were Mrs. Jane Wundrow, Hewitt, matron of honor; Mrs. Dick Lange
of Colby and Miss Lisa Archambo and Miss Cheryl Nelson of Abbotsford,
bridesmaids; and Megan Reis, Abbotsford, miniature bride. They had powder blue
ensembles and arm bouquets of freesia, blue and white azaleas, orchids and
baby's breath.
Bob Lane of Abbotsford was best man. Groomsmen were Dick Lange of Colby and Jim
Lange and Kevin Kalepp of Abbotsford. Ushering were Ted Archambo and Larry
Broeske of Abbotsford and Kenton and Kraig Schindler of Curtiss were miniature
groomsmen.
The reception and dance were at the Sword, Colby, and dinner was served at St.
Mary's School gymnasium. The Langes are living st Colby and plan a Caribbean
cruise later in the year.
The bride, an instrument technician at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield, is a
1978 Colby High School graduate. Her husband, who does TV and stereo repair,
graduated in 1977 from Abbotsford High School and this year from North Central
Technical Insitute-Wausau's electronic servicing program.
