Mr. and Mrs. Jerald Mantik of Route 1, Abbotsford, announce the engagement of
their daughter, Penny Lou, to Larry Lecheler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert
Lecheler of Elmwood. Miss Mantik graduated from Abbotsford High School and
attended University of Wisconsin Extension. She is employed at Abbotsford State
Bank. Her fiance, a graduate of Elmwood High School and the University of
Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree, is an art instructor and coach at
Medford Senior High School. They plan to marry in August.
