Peggy Nosko, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Nosko, has been named a
Presidential Scholar at William Woods College. Miss Nosko is from Owen,
Wisconsin, and is a 1976 graduate of Owen-Withee High School.
Only students of the highest caliber are named Presidential Scholars. They must
have a minimum accumulative grade point average of 3.8, as well as a record of
personal achievement. Being named a Presidential Scholar is one of the highest
honors at William Woods College.
