Morgan, Donald (1942? - 7 FEB 1950)
A seven-year-old boy, injured when his sled hit a car near Stanley, Monday, died in the Victory Hospital at Stanley early Tuesday morning. He is Donald Morgan, twin son of Mr. and Mrs. James Morgan who operate the South Stanley Cheese Factory on County Highway H south of Stanley.
Donald and his brother, Ronald, were returning to Fagan School Monday noon; sliding down a hill on County Highway MM when Donald’s sled shot into the intersection of MM and H and hit into the side of a car driven by G. C. Nuendorf, route 1, Medford.
He suffered a brain hemorrhage and other serious head injuries.
